Jenny- our LOVELY Massage Therapist

As a massage therapist myself I'd like to share that I do practice what I preach.  This time of the year I feel good about scheduling myself in for routine massage visits and facials.  After the holidays and New Year, I tend to want to get back into a routine again, being more conscious of how often I'm exercising and what I am eating.  In this awareness of health is the need and desire to receive regular massage and facials.  Massage helps me to feel less fatigued, it helps me sleep better, it increases my ability to handle day to day stresses and the oils used nourish my skin during this very dry time of year.  Being 5 months pregnant, massage has helped ease those nasty calf cramps I've been getting in the middle of the night.  I am so thankful to be able to offer such a healing and rejuvenating service to my clients and I'd like to encourage people to start thinking of massage less as a luxury and more as a means to living your life to the fullest most glorious potential, inside and out.
