Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy:
A healing modality that combines supported yoga postures with introspection, dialogue and present-moment awareness techniques. A session is non-directive and open-ended with regard to outcome. In bringing awareness to and verbalizing what is happening in each moment, clients can experience a deeper connection with internal guidance, and are able to process and release old 'stuff' that may no longer be serving them. This work can support you in dealing with physical illness, emotional trauma, difficult life changes, self-inquiry, feeling 'stuck', and pretty much anything else you'd like to explore! No knowledge of yoga is needed, as you will be guided and supported throughout the entire session.
